2021 International Building Code (International Code Council Series)
The 2021 International Building Code (IBC) is the model code governing the design, construction, alteration and maintenance of buildings, other than detached one and two family dwellings and townhouses up to three stories. It is developed by the International Code Council and sets a nationally and internationally recognized framework for structural integrity, fire protection and accessibility.
